Does it fit my wrapping paper roll?
Yes. WrapRunner works on normal rolls, jumbo rolls and single sheets of wrapping paper.
How do I get a clean cut and smooth tape every time?
For the cut: hold the paper taut with your free hand and glide the cutter in one steady stroke. Loose or wrinkled paper is what causes tears.
For the tape: make sure the roll sits flat and centered in the dispenser, then pull the tape straight out and press it down against the cutting edge. If it starts to feed crooked, just re-seat the roll.
Is the blade safe around kids?
The blade is hidden inside the cutter and only cuts when pressed down, with a retractable protective cover. The spare blades come with safety caps.
What tape does it use?
Every kit comes with clear tape rolls that fit the built-in dispenser, plus replacement blades.
How do I change the blade?
Pull the old blade out and push the new one into the gap. It takes seconds and no tools.

Cuts well and saves a lot of time cutting the paper, but out of the box, the tape dispenser is crooked and useless on both of the cutters.
This was a life saver when wrapping presents. It even comes with 4 rolls of tape (2 are color which was pretty cool) and then extra blades. You line your wrapping paper up inside the part with the handle, and then slide it over top your wrapping paper roll. The only issue I had was trying to make it all the way to the end of the wrapping paper roll without having to stop and rearrange, but that was more my fault for where I had everything set up to wrap gifts (on the table instead of the floor). The plastic is solid and the tape holder on the side held the tape the entire time with no issues of it falling off. I never had to change the blade even after using it about 30 times. The blade cut right through the wrapping paper with ease, so I recommend keeping this away from small children because it is sharp. For this price though and the time/headaches it saved while wrapping gifts, it's well worth it!
Not pleased with this product. It has terrible design flaws. It is only large enough for the really skinny (The useless ones that have enough paper to wrap 1.5 gifts.) rolls of paper and the cutting "blade" is dull. The tape dispenser is a brilliant addition-which is why I chose this version. But the blade is super dull and set at an odd angle. There is a weird sliding guard in front of the tape cutting blade that doesn't seem to allow for automatic retraction when cutting a piece if tape. In fact, I ended up pulling it off with a pair of pliers. That marginally improved the tape cutting process. Marginally. So I ended up using scissors to cut the paper and this "cutter" sat off to the side until I needed tape. Then it got cussed for being a useless turd as I fought with it to give me a few pieces of tape. This is a frustrating annoying product all the way around, and I cannot recommend it at all. Since I pulled the "guard" off with pliers, I guess it is going to the dump instead of being returned.
Paper cutter is slick. Tape dispenser is horrible. You cannot use one hand to dispense tape and the jagged blade sits in the holder crooked so it damages the tape while trying to tear a piece off. And the whole thing is too light to stabilize the dispenser to rip the tape off.
I really like to wrap gifts. I wanted something that would help me make straighter cuts. This does the trick. I have tried the single blade devices but if I'm not using good quality, thick, paper, it bunches up and tears. I am not having that issue with this device. I like that it allows for the tape to be easily accessed, also. It came with 2 devices, 2 extra blades that are very easy to change and four rolls of tape. This will last a very long time.

It functions well to easily cut straight lines in the paper, and the sound of the paper cutting quickly and smoothly is so satisfying. The set comes with everything you need including extra blades and tape rolls. I cannot believe I have waited this long to try these out, WOW! I always see them and think there’s no way anything can help my horrendous gift wrapping. This is the fix!! Just the ease of cutting the paper makes everything better. Now I’m super excited it came with two! They are very lightweight, makes me a little nervous if they will hold up well but at least I have a backup. It does make it easy to hold and glide! The blade is nice and sharp for a clean cut and comes with two extra blades. It also comes with tape ready to go and a couple extra. This is definitely a game changer, love it!!

Every year when we wrap Christmas gifts everybody fights over the scissors and the tape. This year it's a little bit nicer we already started wrapping gifts and these are very nice to have. Cut the paper nice and straight it's also nice to have the tape right there
This wrapping paper cutter works great. I am hopeless at cutting a straight line and am so happy to have something that will do it for me. I wrapped a gift for my friend yesterday and the paper cut was perfectly straight. It not only cuts it straight but also cuts it faster than I could do it with a pair of scissors.

Item: Wrapping Paper Cutter & Tape Dispenser (2 Pack)
These are great. They make straight cuts and quickly cut along the edge of the roll. It takes a moment to get used to, but once you do, your wrapping is much faster. Having the tape dispenser with the cutter is great. I'm no longer having to find my tape and scissors. The two pack is nice, as I can give one to my mother, or a friend.
Now, I will say, be sure to hold the paper down with your left hand to provide tension. If you don't, you WILL get torn paper with ragged edges. I thought it was because my wrapping paper was cheap, so I chose another, thicker, paper. Same issue (see photos). Then I realized I was not providing any tension, so it was getting snagged and not cutting cleanly. As soon as I provided tension, it cut cleanly and quickly.
The tape dispense has a crooked cutting edge. This is intentional. It's spring mounted so that it doesn't cut unless pressed down on. It's a nice safety feature and it cuts the tape easily with a little pressure.
I just used this thing and man, it's a great gift for anyone who hates wrapping presents. The functionality is awesome because you get two of them, so you can have one for yourself and give one as a gift. You just slide it right on the roll and it cuts the paper for you. It's got a nice sharp blade that gives you a clean cut every time, and a tape dispenser on the side, and it even comes with extra tape and blades so you're good to go. It appears to be made of good plastic that will last. It is an excellent value for the money.
